Agents

Run the work. Not the software.

Leads, follow-up, showings, deals and commissions in one private workspace — built around what needs your attention next, and quiet once it is handled.

14-day free trial · Card required · $0 today · $49/mo after trial or $490/yr

What you get

One workspace for the whole day.
Nothing you have to babysit.

Command Center

What needs you now, with the reason on every row.

New inquiries, follow-ups due, showings today, open commitments — one queue that goes quiet as it is handled.

Lead inbox

Every inquiry lands with its context.

Capture page and QR intake today. Triage by recency, stage, and the next commitment you set.

CRM & Sphere

People, history, and relationships worth revisiting.

Recorded interactions only. No score, no automated outreach.

Deals · Showings · Transactions

From first showing to closing, one record.

Milestones, documents and the next move stay attached to the deal.

Commissions

Know what each deal pays before it closes.

Gross commission from each deal’s price and rate, closed income this year, and what is still in the pipeline.

Listing Kit & CMA

The listing work, beside the people it is for.

Comparative analysis and listing material in the same workspace as the deal.

Not in this release, and we would rather say so: texting, a dialer, MLS listing feeds, or automated outreach. Calendar and email connections appear in Settings only where your account can use them.

WATCH THE AGENT WALKTHROUGH

From a new inquiry to the next commitment, in one private workspace.

Example workflow

Start with one conversation.

A client call ends. The notes are on your phone, and the promised follow-up is still in your head.

Working independently or within a brokerage, you can try one relationship while keeping your current CRM in place.

  1. Add one lead

Enter a client inquiry in your private Agent workspace. Start with the person you need to follow up with next.

  2. Record what happened

Log the interaction, its outcome and the context you will need for the next conversation.

  3. Set the next commitment

Choose a follow-up date. Return to the Command Center to see what needs attention and why.

When you returnThe next time you open the record, the conversation and follow-up are there. You can pick up the relationship without reconstructing it from scattered notes.

Private by design

Connected where it matters. Separate where it should be.

A brokerage can sponsor your seat and pay your bill. It never opens your CRM, your deals, or your commitments.

A brokerage admin reaches

  • Seat status
  • Invitations
  • Billing and plan
  • Renewal
  • Activation exceptions

You keep

  • Leads
  • CRM and contacts
  • Messages
  • Deals and transactions
  • Commitments
  • Sphere relationships

The boundary is row-level security in the database, not a preference an admin can change. Read the trust model

$490 a year is the price of 10 months instead of 12, charged once a year — 2 months of arithmetic, not a promotion.
A 14-day free trial, and no free tier
Card required, $0 today, billed on day 14 unless you cancel. Cancel during the trial and access continues until it ends.
Sponsored by a brokerage, owned by you
A brokerage can pay for your seat. It still reaches no part of your workspace.

Straight answers

Questions buyers actually ask.

Can I try MeridianHub without moving my whole CRM?

Yes. Start with one lead, record an interaction and set a follow-up. You can keep your current CRM while you evaluate. CSV import brings in contact records; it is not a transfer of every record and workflow in another CRM.

See the Agent workflow
Can a brokerage see its Agents’ private CRM?

No. A brokerage pays for seats and manages invitations and billing. It never reaches an Agent’s leads, contacts, deals, messages, commitments or Sphere, at any role. The boundary is enforced in the database with row-level security, not by a setting an admin can change.

What does “card required, $0 today” mean?

Eligible new subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Checkout saves a card and charges $0 today; the plan is billed on day 14 unless you cancel first. There is no free tier, and one trial per workspace: if it was already used, checkout shows the charge before you confirm.

See every plan
What happens if I cancel during the trial?

You are not charged. Cancelling during the trial stops it from converting, and access continues until the trial ends. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Read the Terms of Service
Does MeridianHub message contacts automatically?

No. MeridianHub shows what needs an answer and records what you did; every message to a contact is one you choose to send. The one case you switch on yourself: if you publish a booking page and connect a calendar, your calendar sends the invitation to the person who booked, for the time they picked.

What integrations are actually live?

Today: sign-in with Google or email, card billing through Stripe, and contact import from a CSV file. Calendar and email connections are built into the Agent workspace and appear in Settings → Integrations only where your account can use them; each asks for your consent and can be removed. Not available: MLS listing feeds, texting, dialers, DocuSign and QuickBooks. The Developer workspace has no third-party connections yet.

How connections are handled
Can I export my data?

You can request a copy of your data through support at any time, and requests are completed within 30 days. There is no self-serve export button today. Bringing data in is self-serve: the Agent workspace imports contacts from a CSV file.
