Blocks are graduated: adding the eleventh seat does not reprice the first ten. Every agent gets their own login and their own private workspace; the brokerage gets one invoice and central seat management.

Billing interval

A new subscription starts with a 14-day trial: a card is required and $0 is due today. When the trial ends you'll be charged $583.10 for 12 seats, and $583.10 every month after that. If this account has already used its trial, the first $583.10 charge is today instead — Stripe's checkout shows the amount due today before you confirm. This is a subscription: it renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing — cancelling during the trial means you are not charged, and after that it stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for.
