Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026 · Version 2026-08-18

These terms govern your use of MeridianHub. Please read them carefully. They include limitations of liability and your responsibilities as a user.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MeridianHub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MeridianHub.

2. The Service

MeridianHub is software that helps agents manage leads and developers track projects, listings, deal records, and related workflows. Features vary by the role and plan you select.

MeridianHub is a software tool. It is not a real-estate brokerage, law firm, lender, or licensed advisor, and nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for complying with all laws that apply to your business (including fair-housing, licensing, consumer-protection, and other real-estate laws), and for any decisions you make using the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate the rights of others.

4. Listings and third parties

If you publish listings or capture leads, you are solely responsible for that content and for your communications with prospects. MeridianHub is not a party to any rental, sale, or other agreement between you and a third party.

The Service may integrate third-party providers (for example, authentication, payments, screening, or communications). Your use of those features is also subject to the third party's terms.

5. Payment

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeridianHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.
