Projects & lifecycle board

Every project, in the phase it is actually in.

Planning through lease-up on one board, with a timeline of dated tasks inside each project.

Budget vs actual

Estimated, committed, actual — per line.

Category rollups and line overruns, so a variance is a number you can open rather than a surprise at the end.

Draws

A draw is reviewed, not just recorded.

Each request moves through an explicit state with its approved amount and evidence attached.

Project-scoped collaborators

Invite into a project, never into the company.

Time-boxed invite codes carry the role. External collaborators are included — they are never a billed internal seat.

Not offered today, and we would rather say so: a consumer-facing investor portal, accounting sync, payments, and lien-waiver tracking. MeridianHub records draw decisions; it does not make them or move money.

Draws

A draw is reviewed,
not just recorded.

Every request moves through an explicit state, and a project manager moves it. An approval keeps its amount; a funded draw keeps its whole record.

What it means
The request exists on this project and nothing has been sent. It carries the amount requested, and nothing else yet.
Next action
Submit draw — a project manager sends it forward.
What stays with it
The requested amount.

Submitted and in-review draws can also be rejected, which ends them; a new request is a new draw. MeridianHub records these decisions. It does not make them, and it moves no money.

Project-scoped access

Collaborators see the project.
Not the company.

An external invitation carries one role on one project. The role decides which surfaces open, and an invite code expires on its own — 7 days by default, or sooner if you set a date.

Straight answers

Questions buyers actually ask.

What can Developer collaborators see?

Only the project they were invited to, and only what their role opens there. A lender sees the overview, financing and draws, and documents; an architect sees the overview, timeline and documents. Nothing from other projects, and nothing from the company account.

See every role’s access
Are external Developer collaborators paid?

No. External collaborators are included and project-scoped, and they never count toward billing. The Developer plan includes one internal seat; each additional internal team member is $25 a month or $250 a year.

What does “card required, $0 today” mean?

New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Checkout saves a card and charges $0 today; the plan is billed on day 14 unless you cancel first. There is no free tier, and one trial per workspace: if it was already used, checkout shows the charge before you confirm.

See every plan
What happens if I cancel during the trial?

You are not charged. Cancelling during the trial stops it from converting, and access continues until the trial ends. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Can I export my data?

You can request a copy of your data through support at any time, and requests are completed within 30 days. There is no self-serve export button today. Bringing data in is self-serve: the Agent workspace imports contacts from a CSV file.

The end state

When a draw clears,
the project gets quieter.

Start with one project. Invite the lender to that project only.
