Trust · shown, not badged

Your business stays yours.

Your contacts, your pipeline, your projects and the record of what you did with them stay inside a workspace only you open. MeridianHub earns that by publishing the boundaries and keeping them — not by collecting badges.

The documents that govern this took effect August 18, 2026. Terms of Service · Privacy Policy

7 boundaries, each one already in force.

Nothing below is a roadmap item. Each is either written into the documents you accept or enforced by the software today.

Terms cannot move under you

A material privacy change has to be accepted before you continue.

The Privacy Policy commits to this in writing: “If we make material changes we will ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.” Acceptance is recorded against the version you were shown, so an older acceptance never silently inherits newer terms.

Your records are not the product

MeridianHub does not sell your personal information.

Stated in the Privacy Policy, not implied by a badge. Data is shared only with the service providers that run MeridianHub — hosting, authentication, and, where you enable them, payments, screening or email delivery — and only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

Nothing is sent in your name

MeridianHub drafts, flags and queues. You send.

Outreach to your contacts waits for your review. The only email MeridianHub sends on its own is to you — a new-lead alert to your own account address — or to someone you personally invited to a seat. There is no background sender pointed at your database.

Administration is not a master key

A brokerage admin manages seats and billing — not your CRM.

Each seat opens its own private Agent workspace. Lead records are readable only by the account that owns them, enforced in the database rather than in a screen that could be worked around. There are no shared credentials and no organisation-wide CRM view.

Getting your business back out

Ask support for a copy. It is completed within 30 days.

Say it plainly: there is no self-serve export button today. What exists is the commitment in the Privacy Policy — email support@meridianhub.net and request a copy of your data, and the request is completed within 30 days. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Read your choices and rights

Leaving is a control, not a negotiation

Delete your account from Settings, without asking anyone.

Settings → Danger zone starts the deletion yourself. Your account and ordinary personal data are removed within 30 days. Minimal legal, audit and marketing-suppression records may be retained where the law requires it, and shared organisation data is transferred or left read-only rather than destroyed under other people.

Billing you can predict

Cancel at any time. The price you pick is the price you pay.

Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues through the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. There is no free tier, no traditional free trial and no setup fee, so there is no introductory rate to expire.
