Private by design

Trust is a behavior,
not a badge.

A brokerage pays the bill and manages seats. It never receives a key to an Agent’s private CRM or workspace data. Developer collaborators enter a project, not the company.

Questions buyers actually ask.

Privacy and teams

Can a brokerage see its Agents’ private CRM?

No. A brokerage pays for seats and manages invitations and billing. It never reaches an Agent’s leads, contacts, deals, messages, commitments or Sphere, at any role. The boundary is enforced in the database with row-level security, not by a setting an admin can change.

Read the trust model
What happens when an Agent leaves?

An admin removes them from the roster. That frees the seat for the next person and never reduces the subscription; changing the seat count is its own step. The Agent’s records stay with their own login and are never handed to the brokerage. To keep working in MeridianHub, they can start their own Agent plan.

How brokerage seats work
What happens to a sponsored seat?

A sponsored seat is paid for by the brokerage and opens one Agent’s own private workspace. An open invitation holds its seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires after 7 days, and a seat freed by a departure can be offered to someone else. Reducing seats is a separate change, and it never removes anyone.

Billing and the trial

How many seats can we buy self-serve?

A brokerage starts at 2 seats, and self-serve checkout goes up to 250. Above 250, a person arranges contracting and provisioning. The per-seat price never falls below $39.20 a month or $392 a year.

Plan a larger brokerage
How does graduated pricing work?

Each rate applies only to the seats inside its band, and adding seats never reprices the ones you have. With 36 seats on monthly billing: seats 1–10 at $49.00, seats 11–20 at $46.55, seats 21–30 at $44.10, seats 31–36 at $41.65 — $1,646.40 a month in total.

What does “card required, $0 today” mean?

Eligible new subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Checkout saves a card and charges $0 today; the plan is billed on day 14 unless you cancel first. There is no free tier, and one trial per workspace: if it was already used, checkout shows the charge before you confirm.

See every plan
What happens if I cancel during the trial?

You are not charged. Cancelling during the trial stops it from converting, and access continues until the trial ends. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Read the Terms of Service
Are external Developer collaborators paid?

No. External collaborators are included and project-scoped, and they never count toward billing. The Developer plan includes one internal seat; each additional internal team member is $25 a month or $250 a year.

The product today

Can I try MeridianHub without moving my whole CRM?

Yes. Start with one lead, record an interaction and set a follow-up. You can keep your current CRM while you evaluate. CSV import brings in contact records; it is not a transfer of every record and workflow in another CRM.

See the Agent workflow
Can I export my data?

You can request a copy of your data through support at any time, and requests are completed within 30 days. There is no self-serve export button today. Bringing data in is self-serve: the Agent workspace imports contacts from a CSV file.

Read the Privacy Policy
Does MeridianHub message contacts automatically?

No. MeridianHub shows what needs an answer and records what you did; every message to a contact is one you choose to send. The one case you switch on yourself: if you publish a booking page and connect a calendar, your calendar sends the invitation to the person who booked, for the time they picked.

See what MeridianHub will not do
What can Developer collaborators see?

Only the project they were invited to, and only what their role opens there. A lender sees the overview, financing and draws, and documents; an architect sees the overview, timeline and documents. Nothing from other projects, and nothing from the company account.

See every role’s access
What integrations are actually live?

Today: sign-in with Google or email, card billing through Stripe, and contact import from a CSV file. Calendar and email connections are built into the Agent workspace and appear in Settings → Integrations only where your account can use them; each asks for your consent and can be removed. Not available: MLS listing feeds, texting, dialers, DocuSign and QuickBooks. The Developer workspace has no third-party connections yet.
